How much does Flohh cost?
Individual Teachers who’s school does not have a subscription to Flohh, are FREE. Our aim is to allow Teachers to experience the time-saving benefits of Flohh before committing to a school subscription.

Where is the Flohh data stored?
All Flohh data is securely stored using Microsoft Azure Servers in Melbourne. This complies with all Education Department and Australian Schools Standards.
Why isn’t my screen loading?
If you have left your computer for an extended amount of time and just come back to it, you may need to refresh your page or log out and log back in again.
Why isn’t my Bulk Upload uploading?
During our Beta phase, there is a limit on the file size of PDFs for Bulk upload. Try splitting up your class set into a couple of different sets to ensure a successful upload.
Why isn’t my assignment uploading?
All assignments need to be uploaded in a supported file type. Make sure your document is saved as a PDF or JPEG.
I want to create an assignment but I don’t want my students to see it straight away. How do I do this?
When you create an assignment on Flohh, the students in that class are not notified until you assign it to them by clicking ‘assign to students’. This means you can set up your assignments in advance and only share them with students when you are ready.
Why can’t I assign some of my students assignments?
If you are unable to assign some students in your class the assignment, this will most likely be because that student has not yet verified their account. Check to see if their icon is yellow or grey. If it is grey, they have not verified their account. Just send them a reminder by clicking the ‘Resend Verification Link’ in their profile.
When I have marked an assignment and click save, does this notify the student? Can they see my feedback?
No, the student is only notified their work is marked once you have requested a learning goal from them. This means you can mark the entire class of work if you wish and return them all at once or as it suits you by requesting learning goals.
I have returned the assignments to my class but no one can see their grades, what is happening?
This is the Flohh learning goal loop. When you return assignments, students have to read your feedback and submit a learning goal. Once you have approved their learning goal, they will then be returned their grade.
Why do some of my students have yellow icons and some have grey icons?
Students with a yellow icon have verified their account and created a password. Students with a grey icon have not yet verified their account. Please ask students to check their emails for an account verification email from Flohh. They need to click the link in their email and create a password when prompted.
If I have students in my class who have not verified their accounts, can I still assign assignments to the students who have?
Yes, you can assign the assignment to the students with verified accounts even if other students have not yet verified their accounts. Once the other students verify their accounts, you can add them to the assignment by clicking ‘Assign More Students’
A student has lost their verification email, how do I help them verify their account?
You can resend your student their verification email by clicking on their profile in your class page and selecting ‘resend verification link’. If you have tried this and are still having trouble, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
