As a secondary school English teacher, marking has been the biggest negative impact on my workload. I found that marking essays at home late at night and on weekends is a surefire way to approach burnout at a rapid rate.

I absolutely loved the colour coding in the annotation bank! With the annotations under those colour tags you can easily use the filter to get to the one you want.
